About Lee Vanstone

Oxfordshire WordPress Developer
Based in Witney on the edge of the Cotswolds in West Oxfordshire. I am a Front End Web Developer with a specialism in WordPress.
Having worked commercially since graduating, I have honed my skills and passion to study and build on my knowledge in my Web Development career.

Running & Charity
In my personal life I am a very keen runner and member of our local running club. In April 2019 I ran my first marathon in Brighton. A day which I am incredibly proud of.
I am an active supporter of Helen & Douglas House Childrens hospice in Oxford. Since fundraising for them then I have raised £1850 (during my marathon) and volunteered at multiple other fundraising events.

Lee Vanstone Bsc (Hons.)
After studying Web Design at the University of the West of England I was able to gain a wealth of experience that aided my future learning styles. The web industry is ever evolving and it is important to keep ahead of any new guidelines and technologies.
I organise a bi-monthly WordPress MeetUp in Oxford. During these events, I have presented many talks on various topics such as plugins, WordPress itself and most recently accessibility.

Passionate Front End Developer
I am a Web Developer who is always conscious to keep up to date with the latest technologies that will enhance the website experiences of my clients website.

Skills
As a Web Developer I am always keen to build my knowledge base and in order to do this I have set up an “Experiment Space” to show growth in my knowledge and showcase innovative techniques.

Skills space
In the not too distant future I will be posting some of my personal experimentation with different technologies as I continue to study new techniques and technologies. Watch this space…..
