What is the best way to reach you?
The best way back to contact me is via email.
For existing clients you will have access to call me. I request this is within office hours (09:00 – 17:00) as this is when I will have access to my equipment.
Outside of office hours will be subject to additional fees for any urgent requests.
What are your office hours?
My core office hours are 09:00 – 17:00. This includes Public Holidays.
Do you offer support on weekends or holidays?
I do not offer a support service at weekends or on public holidays. Should any of my clients need urgent suppport, I would stress for them to call me in the first instance as I infrequently monitor emails.
I may not be with my laptop but a timeframe for a response will be communicated.
What is a 'Discovery Call'?
A Discovery call, is a either a Zoom or telephone call in which both parties meet each other and discuss the following:
- An introduction
- Requirement gathering
- Identifying the budget
- Discussing timeframes
This is limited to 15 minutes to allow us to see whether we are a good fit and to discuss next steps.
What if I can only meet you outside of core hours?
This is not a dealbreaker. I can make accommodations for meetings out of hours as long as there is enough notice.

What Website Support package is best for my business?
This depends on your specific requirements and budget. I offer maintenance-only plans as well as more comprehensive plans that allow greater scope to experiment, develop, and grow.

Do I offer white-labelling service?
No, I don’t currently offer white-label services, as I prefer to build a direct rapport with my clients. However, I do work with website agencies as a contractor. You can contact me using the form above to find out more.
Am I able to offer paid job opportunties?
Currently, I am not looking to employ any staff members. However, I am open to partnering with other developers on a project-by-project basis.
Do your charge for guest speaking events?
I’m always looking to participate in guest speaking events. I’m happy to speak at certain events on a voluntary basis, especially for community, educational, or non-profit initiatives. For larger events, I will need to charge a speaking fee and/or request reimbursement for travel expenses. Please get in touch using the form above to discuss your event.
